Prices
All Price lists, quotations and estimates are subject to alteration without notice, and goods will be invoiced at prices ruling on date of despatch regardless of any price quoted on any purchase order submitted. If an error has been made a Leach Lewis Plant Limited member of staff will notify the customer before despatch. Carriage and packing will be charged in accordance with specification shown on the website. Prices and charges are listed exclusive of Value Added Tax, which will be added in line with prevailing legislation.
Payment Terms
Payment is to be made by credit card unless existing customers are authorised to use our normal credit terms. Credit customers must pay for Goods under our terms of strictly 30 days Nett.
Despatch and Returns
The delivery period is quoted in good faith, but is not guaranteed and is not to be binding on the Company. It is the Customer’s responsibility to inspect Goods promptly on arrival. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the number of parcels delivered corresponds with the consignment note and any differences marked on the consignment note prior to signing. The Customer must notify the Company within 24 hours of any damage to the Goods or any reason they wish to return. The Company must issue authorisation and instructions for return prior to goods being returned. Any goods returned without authorisation or instruction may not be accepted, replaced or refunded. We would always look to replace goods with the appropriate replacement (where authorisation has been given for return) but if a refund is agreed this would be in the same form as the payment.
Returns will only be accepted if:
1. the Goods are unused and proved to be sourced from Leach Lewis Plant Limited,
2. the Goods are in good order,
3. carriage was organised by us,
4. the customer has acknowledged a Leach Lewis Plant Limited member of staff within 24 hours of receipt that there is damage to goods or any other reason they wish to return.
5. the return has been authorised by a Leach Lewis Plant Limited member of staff in writing
