Product familiarisation courses are aimed at customers who run their own team of technicians.

 Our expert trainers have over 20 years experience repairing plant equipment and is backed by extensive manufacturer training.

 Training is run at your premises and is tailored to your individual business. At the end of the session delegates are issued with a product familiarisation manual and a certificate confirming they have attended. The businesses that have run these sessions have seen tangible results in speeding up repair times and reducing machine downtime.
